Manifest Your Dream Life: Easy Manifestation Exercises to Start Today
Manifesting is the idea that you can attract what you want in this life. You can bring a desire or goal into reality, often by putting intentional energy into achieving it.
With enough practice, you can manifest anything—money, a job, a partner, even. This can be a very spiritual practice, and I have achieved a handful of successful goals by practicing manifestation techniques.
Manifestation works by putting your intentional energy into the goals you want to achieve. Don’t wait for another New Year's to roll around. Consider manifesting your goals right now and see how powerful your intent can be.
Let’s talk about a few exercises that you can do to start manifesting today.
One way to start your practice is by creating a vision board. This is a well-known practice; we often see it brought into sessions with a life coach or counselor. If you are a visual person or an artist, this will be an excellent exercise for you.
You can grab a notebook or a poster board or even utilize technology for your board, such as Pinterest. Pick out images and words from magazines and the internet to fill your board with everything you dream of. If you are artsy, try drawing your desires and dolling them up with calligraphy.
Keep adding to your vision board as your goals change or become reality. Look at it often to stay present and centered.
Secondly, we can practice bringing more good into our lives by changing our mindset to one of gratitude and positivity. If we focus on the negative all the time, it will be nearly impossible to live in the energy of creation.
Also, counting the blessings we do have each day will help us remain grateful and humble each step of the way. This will help shape the energy and vibrations surrounding us.
If you have wanted to start your own business instead of working for someone else, now is the time. Get rid of your negative thoughts about how you will fail or how it will never happen. Instead, focus on the positive motives behind your desires and the reasons you want to achieve them. You do deserve this to become your reality. You must believe it!
Thirdly, if you want something to come to you, you’ve got to live within that energy. We do that by voicing what we dream of. Share your goals with others. They will help hold you accountable and set the reality for your desires.
Remember to keep the energy of your desires, dreams, and goals around you. So, as well as speaking about them to others, create a list you can carry around. Look at your list daily to keep you centered and on track.
One thing that has helped me is elaborating on the items I put on my list. If you have written a memoir on your list this year, elaborate below on your goal date to finish it, what you might include in your book, etc. If you have met the man of your dreams, write below what the man of your dreams might look like, including characteristics, personality traits, how that person will make you feel, etc.
Lastly, spend some time visualizing or writing in your journal about what things will look like once that goal has been achieved. So, if you have met the man of your dreams on your list, let yourself envision what life looks like with him in your life. See yourself with him, hand in hand, on vacation, getting married, and having children together. If writing a memoir was on your list, spend some time seeing yourself with the finished book in your hands, signing a deal with a publishing company, signing your book for people as they stand in line to buy a copy, and on and on…
Our minds are mighty, and, as you know, energy and vibrations are everything. Shifting them can take nearly a second. Take charge and create the life that you desire.
I recently watched a woman channel the collective of 12 archangels, known as THEO. During the channeling session, the angels said, "You know there are millions of souls that would like to have a body, but you are here, and you have one; you have won the lottery. What will you do with this time? What kind of life do you want to lead…
